Presentations

Abstract submission is closed.  Allocations will be sent shortly.

Presentation formats are as follows:

Oral Presentations will be allocated 15 minutes for the presentation and questions. Presentations can use powerpoint or pdf formats. Presentations should be loaded on the computer in your presentation room as early as possible. This can be done before sessions start each day or during the breaks and should be completed during the break preceding your talk at the latest.

Poster Presentations  must fit on a poster board 1m wide and 1.2m tall.  A0 portrait size is recommended. Posters should be placed on the boards first thing in the morning of session so they can be viewed throughout the day. Posters should be removed at the end of the day. Poster presenters should be by their posters during their designated poster session.

Lightning Lectures will be allocated 2 minutes for a 2-slide presentation (no questions) to be held during the oral presentation program. Lightning lectures will provide a ‘taster’ for upcoming poster sessions; poster presenters have the opportunity to indicate their interest in giving a lightning lecture during the abstract submission process.

Important:  Acceptance of an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the conference. Similarly, no speaker fee is paid to successful participants. All speakers must register for the conference and forward the appropriate registration fee.
